Changes from Release 3.0 to 4.0

1.  Added the ability to edit formulas in the ChaosHunter Formula Editor and immediately apply the modified formula to a data file to view results.  The Formula Editor also allows you to create an entirely new formula and apply it to a data file.

2.  Added a separate test set graph during optimization as well as the ability to sort results by column.

3.  Added a new production example that shows how ChaosHunter may be used to discover relationships in inputs that improve model performance.
